"The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. They are open, honest, and upfront about everything. What's included in your policy, what coverages you have, your billing, etc. I recently switched from AllState. The person that did my policy at AllState didn't put any of what I asked for. No comprehensive, no uninsured motorist, nothing but liability. I later found out that she was fired. I only noticed my policy was missing everything when I received the renewal and policy update. The other thing that made the switch easy was their Safe Driving app. It would log all of my uber and Lyft rides and I would get docked. Even if I updated my status to passenger, once the score recalculated, it could not be changed or updated. I like that State Farm has beacons so they know exactly when policy vehicles are being driven. Everything has been SMOOTH and Easy with State Farm. Becca was AWESOME and Heather has been a BLESSING. I hope that State Farm comes out with mileage based policies since I currently have 70-90% of my transportation covered by my medical insurance."
