"For a heads up, if Jw State Farm promised you a refund then they’re lying to you. They’ve lied to me 2 times on getting a refund on policies that has been cancelled already. I do not recommend them at all."

"Like most people, I have done business with various different insurance companies. Hands down, the best products, pricing, and service has been provided to me by State Farm. All the State Farm Agencies I have worked with are great, but J W Cooper’s Agency is the best of the best in my opinion. They have worked closely with my wife, my children, and myself to make sure my family has the best insurance at the lowest prices. Recently, my son got into a fender-bender, and State Farm has been there every step of the way to make sure the process was completed with as little stress and as little cost as possible. Insurance is necessary for protecting yourself, your family, and your property, but paying too much and receiving bad service is not.
